The eye tester is just so epic and so great with kids. Explains it all clearly and talks to them about what they are doing and the process. I highly reccommend service is exceptional !!! Very reassuring for everyone !!!

Fabulous service, very friendly staff who really listen and help with your vision needs. Optometrist was so lovely and so professional, I felt very relaxed. Young lady out front was really nice and supported me very well through my frame selection process. I have been very pleased with the experience overall and the value for money is unbeatable especially with the professional service you receive. I can’t wait for my new glasses, all 3 pairs! Brilliant!

Excellent experience here yesterday. Had a very thorough eye exam, I was super impressed with the service and the ability to see me the same afternoon I requested an appointment. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained everything well to me. Price was excellent value for money, I have recommended Oscar Wylee to my friends and family and I will definitely be back!

Eye test was on Sunday. Went to branch day before to browse which frame suits. Had a very lovely lady who was super helpful. I forgot name so i feel sad. But she was only one lady working on Sat so should be easy to check who. Every thorough with explanation. She wrote down my choice of frame and choices on flyer so i don't forget. Explained what happens during eye test.I was booked for Specsavers as well but cancelled appt with them as i find Oscar Wylee friendlier.Came back on Sunday for eye test. New lady Julie was helpful as well. Then Dr Jason came to see me. I have never met an eye doctor as professional and knowledgeable as Jason. He asked for my needs first then adressed them. I fully understand why i thought i was going blind. Just my muscles needing time to adjust back to long sight after prolonged use of cellphone.Was not in it for the money. Advised me my old presciption glasses bought 16months ago still works.All the more it made me feel i want to support this business as honest and client focused.Ended up buying back up elite glasses with reactive lens which turns to shades.Dr asked if there is anything else he could help, i said i was worried about cataracts. Dr did another eye check which is an extra milestone of service. Very pleased.Handed me over to Julia again and gave precise orders including my wish to receive copy of prescription in email.Order made. Julia advised she will email copy of eye presciption after.Everyone here just listens.Superb customer service. Never going back to Specsavers.Thank you Christchurch Team

Friendly, helpful and professional staff at the counter and the Optometrists are professional and very thorough, they take the time to explain what they are doing and why and the results of the eye exam.The spectacle frames on offer are high quality and there is definitely something for everyone looking for new glasses.

Love the price for the eye test.And as icing on the cake, the team at the Northlands branch are so friendly and engaging.From the customer service to the actual eye test it was both a positive and enjoyable experience.I'm recommending them to everyone I know who wears glasses.

Jason Wang at the Northlands branch of Oscar Wylee is the most polite, engaging and helpful Optometrist - both me and my wife have had eye tests with him. He explains everything clearly, is friendly and is clearly an expert. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Hi, I am very happy with my eye exam. They have all the equipment and test your eye health before your eye exam.I have had very dry and red eyes for a couple of months now so was given an extra test to check my tear ducts. It was confirmed that I have dry eyes, especially my right eye and have been given clear instructions to help deal with this.Frames have been chosen with help from the staff, who quite truthfully say yes or no. Now I just have to wait for the lenses to be made for my frame.
