Zero customer service. U will b lucky if u deal with the owner who seemed to nice in my previous visits and then u should be fine. Cz staff is so ruuuuude.. don't even talk to him. U will lucky if u avoid him. I won't visit again Never ever... never ever in my life ... worst experience... ur blood will boil ....

Good range of products, if at a seemingly steep price. Definitely don't go for the service; brace expect to be treated rudely, and ignored and soon as you've swiped your card.

Great service. These guys cut pretty much anything metal, pipe, bar, flat sheet, box section, angle iron. All sold by the meter.

All I needed was a single length of steel flat bar for a home DIY project, I was able to find it on the website, order on Sunday and pick up on Thursday. The hours aren't posted here or on the website but a quick phonecall said that 4:30pm was closing time. I can't speak to the price but it was only a couple of bucks which I thought was reasonable. Had a good chat with the fella on the shop floor who cut the bar out for me, overall a decent experience and I would come here again.

maybe you might want to adjust your opening hrs, you state you close 5pm Saturday, I drove all the way out there from Papakura to find that your closed, gas is not cheap these days
