Hlo miss Julin (manager) your way of talking to customers is not acceptable when customers being polite and brought their complaint to you to sort it out. You were telling them it is wastage of time to deal with customer how rude. You need to learn anytime and everytime you are dealing with customer is not wastage of time it is the time to gain customer’s trust and keep them forever. Your behaviour and words “ you can take it higher anywhere’’“was very awfull. Your postion shouldnt be in your mind to disrespect customer when they specially saying we dont want refund and no exchange and they can clearly see in your camera your product was ripped off . Thanks to all other staff and other supervisor being calm and polite thru out tge conversation.

Amazed with customer service provided by staff. Pharmacist Lady (Amarjot I guess, apologies, not good with remember names) was brilliant with explaining supplements options available in store. Legit recommendations.Another young woman with short hair and tattoos was quite approaching and taking initiative to help out customers.List goes on , a gentlemen with a turban went extra miles and offer us basket and helped us on check outs..Great display of work ethics.Surely become a permanent customer.

Chemist ware house is not bad but the staff at Silvia park store need to be polite & considerate at least give a bag if you are buying stuff there not everybody carries their bag then to demand .15 cent is outrageous

Very rude staff member I see a customer asking for help on the prescribed side of the counter and nobody would serve him so I told one the staff who was stocking selfves that could you help the customer she spoke rudly and told me that she doesn't work on that side of the chemist and carried on filling the selves not very good

Thank you to the friendly, helpful staff I encountered when I walked in at opening time on Saturday morning, i especially want to thank the young gentleman with the curly hair who not only not escorted me to the areas from which I needed to get products, he also went out of his way to check their backroom when there was no product on the shelf. Security and staff at this place are shockingUnlawful checks , lack of evidence when claiming theft outright unprofessional service the list goesChecks and balances need to be revised and management needs to replenish all staffs skills, whether that be handling of customers or loss prevention being retrained to meet CoA standards.As a Auckland council worker and local board worker I was utter devastated by this behavior and lack of oversight with the situation I faced!

I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes now to get a flu shot. We even made an appointment but the girl at the counter tells us to wait. What's the use of getting an appointment then?
