Countdown Moorhouse Ave

Not as much stock as many countdowns. Okay for a quicker stop. No pharmacy for after work hours within countdown. Lots of people sleeping outside the doors.

We like the ease of parking. You can be in and out having easily bought our groceries from the well stocked shelves and checkout is easy too. We appreciate that it becomes NOT a chore but an easy task.. seriously thankyou!!

Closed at 10pm, not 11 as advertised here on Google. Staff at door were very rude. Yelled 'we are closed, go away.' If you want people to be nice, give it a try first.

Shocking customer service from countdown, I've been a regular customer for years, never acknowledged or smiled at (even slthough I know, they know me) then today asked for tobacco, well!!!! 10 minutes later it was slammed in front of me with a complete look of distain....although I apologized many times, I didn't make the rules! Awful awful customer service, and that's not even the start of it!

Not a fan. Prices too high and quality not great. Pac n Sav moorhouse any day of the year over this. Only thing I go in for is the 3 ply toilet paper my flatmates want.

We were using Countdown (delivery) for our weekly shop at the office. Every week (I mean every week) multiple items were missing and it took up way too much time contacting them and organizing refunds. So we've switched to New World. New World's delivery service is 1000 times better, nothing missing yet, and good selection. About the same price if you choose cheaper brands.

Horrendous experience here time and again, I came to scope out the fish due to accidentally buying some salmon past its best before and saw they have coloured in the date on the 20th of December to reprint a label in January.The service is honestly terrible too. Their click and collect has been wrong so many times in the past. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible experience staff are horrible I parked up to go in the car next to me was parked a little close (poor parking) and couldn't get out without door touching. Said sorry but a young man jumped out up in my face trying to intimidate me stand over me so said I didn't appreciate it and asked for his name. Which he replied Roko! Then when I went to pay at checkout was going to mention it to the manager but he came into my isle waving the manager over the then proceeded to bully me call me aggressive which I wasn't if anything they were the aggressors. I couldn't believe it I was bullied out of the store even left a big pack of toilet paper in the trolly they were following me out like bouncers at a bar. Not good enough countdown maybe your managers need some schooling up on how to deal with certain situations. As a manager it's pretty common sense really. But to gang up any bully your customers intimidate them is unheard of really totally disappointed countdown have been shopping there before they were born! Never again obviously

Clean, well stocked whenever I've gone, the only thing I didn't like was that I've often seen stickers over the price, so you can't see the price. The staff that I have interacted with have always been nice. However, for range, I would just go to the paknsave down the road....
