Comes across as very personable but is a con artist in reality. Charges $100.00 call out fee, promises no return fee but then quotes exorbitant amounts for parts which is how he makes his money. Be very careful in dealing with him. Deal with more reputable and trustworthy companies rather than him.

We use Graeme for our repairs at rental properties in Hamilton and find him great to work with and good value. He also lets us know when its not worth repairing so we don't waste our money. Thanks for the good service.

I'm not a person to put up reviews but I thought I needed to.Thought he was a very nice person, but he did not fix my washing machine. Paid him money machine started working pretty well but stopped after an hour, door would not unlock so I messaged him and he said to send him model number thinking he would come back and fix it. I messaged him again still no reply. This was Wednesday last week and still nothing!

Amazing service, would recommend and have recommended to anyone that will listen. Supplied loan fridge while mine was repaired, returned on time, and clean. Seriously reasonable price. So will use Graeme again

I have used Graemes services several times on our rental stove and on our personal washing machine. The service is outstanding and really reasonably priced. I am so pleased to have found him as its always a bit stressful finding a repairman.
