In 2015 with two full-time staff and a growing Hockey Association, Hawke’s Bay Hockey (HBH) identified the need to outsource some administration areas. The goal was to have the ability to work on more Hockey specific areas while still maintaining a high level of financial performance and record keeping.HBH met with Irene to brainstorm how the amazing team at Admin Army could assist with specific tasks which would then allow our staff to achieve their goals in other operational areas.
