John is a wonderful, naturally chatty guy & listener which makes a huge difference when I went to see him with my concerns regarding the previous wheel alignment and the current status of my tyres.He took my cares seriously and I found it very easy to take his advice although he cost me more money. It was not more than I expected.But I know I'm going away on a road trip / holiday in a safe vehicle. I would highly recommend him!

Huge thanks to John. Turned up late on a Friday afternoon with two racing slicks fitted incorrectly in Hamilton, needing urgent re-fitting. No trouble to John! Pleasant immediate service, at a fair price. Highly recommend this business.

Great customer service. I asked around for recommendations as we are new to the area and received great feedback on John and his business. We like to support local businesses and not franchises. We were not disappointed, John went out of his way to track down the exact tyres we wanted and communicated well. All with a very friendly and helpful manner. We will be using JM Tyres from now on.
