The woman serving rounds up the cost ie cents 67 she rounds up to 70. If 63 cents she doesn’t round it down. Question her and she reputs the correct amount in and pretends it was an error.Happened twice so it’s not a mistake. Bought groper tonight at $51+ per kilo and was surprised there were smaller pieces which is not usual for groper.Admit we got it home and it didn’t look right.Discovered when we ate it it wasn’t groper but another cheaper fish they threw in. Do not trust these people

The chips!! Wow, really this is the old school way of doing it just right, i feel very good after eating their fish n chips, i can highly recommend buying fresh fish here too, also fresh mussels are fantastic value here. Alround excellent quality food and pleasent experience. Can't recommend enough!

The women working there are beyond rude. They think this is the only fish shop in town that they can treat customers as rudely as they do. The Eastern European woman always stares at me like she is ready to pick a fight, she also got into an argument with my friend one day. And the other Asian lady when I asked her to cut the fish so the pieces are separate she outright refused to do it. The fish is never scaled and usually only half cut which is twice the effort to then have to come home and cut it with a kitchen knife. How lazy does one have ti be that despite having proper machine they do this. The entitlement of the staff is shocking. Never going there again. Avoid if you don’t want to spoil your mood.

No matter where you go fish is expensive but the fish here is fresh, clear eyes not dull and sunken, yummy. Also got some hot chips to have on the way home with my fresh groper steaks, serving size great.

Very disappointed! The fish is so small and thin , can’t taste anything like fish!! Worst fish and chips ever . Hot dog is mini size too

They have a good variety of fish. Location is so easy to access. However their customer service was never all that good.If we ask them to cut the fish into small pieces they just cut them to what ever size they want to. I felt disappointed because that happened atleast 3 times to me.Prices are reasonable tough.
