Poor service. No refund on a product that was completely unopened and still sealed with receipt.

Spoke to Carina and she was very nice initially. She asked me to send photos which I did. Then a week later I chased her up, she appeared flustered. Then she said she would come back to me. She did not. I called again looking for a booking 1 week later and she said they are too busy and they cannot help me. All in all the service was non responsive and she was useless to put it nicely. I was recommended Executive pools by other pool companies. Personally I do not recommend them!!
