Would have rated 0 if I could.Brought a vehicle and I was going to drive to collect tomorrow. Paid for it last night.Today they have told me it's not for sale. They need to put it in the workshop to find a fault. I told them I was happy to wait until it was finished in the workshop and they said I don't have that option that I was getting refunded.Rude manager and CEO.The manager mentioned they were not sure of what price it would be getting sold for when they sell it. I believe that the have decided its worth more and canceled my sale for this reason.

I cannot recommend South Canterbury Toyota enough. The integrity, honesty, kindness and dedication that this team have is outstanding. Special mention to John, Mark and Gareth who assisted throughout the experience and helped me with issues I was having with my existing vehicle that I had purchased from a dodgy car dealer in Chch. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else again and highly recommend that anyone else looking to buy a car does the same.10/10 experience

10/10 wouldn’t recommend, unless you like rude, incompetent service. 2 customers plus more lost to another regions service and sales department. Very disappointing

Just had my late model outback serviced by South Canterbury Toyota/authorized Subaru dealer. Can't say enough on how professional and friendly the service team were. As well as a late model courtesy car provided free of charge.A very competitive service fee and good old country town hospitality will get me back down to Timaru for my next service. Thanks guys.
