We are never disappointed at Muffin Break Tauranga Crossing. Consistently good and cheerful service, good food choices, great coffee, and they never get our order wrong. The franchise owner does a really good job at keeping things moving, training his staff and is a great cook.

Muffins delicious and other food really tasty and prepared with care. However my friend and I were dismayed to find even though the prices have gone up extra hot water is no longer included. Moreover we had to ask for a decent amount of milk for our tea ( twice in two visits). Not everyone drinks strong tea. A bit of a lag with clearing tables so we could find somewhere to sit. Ended up doing it ourselves, twice. Otherwise a good experience.

The food was great - we were impressed with the wide range on offer - there was something for everyone and I could have happily chosen just about everything! I am writing mainly to commend Lani who served us - she was professional and efficient but it was her calm, unassuming manner which impressed - she came across as a pleasant, friendly girl who did everything right! Well done - we enjoyed our Muffin Break thanks.

The staff member that served me was polite. Less stars for choice of snacks and prices. Only one vegan item with gluten and one gluten-free item with dairy!Considering the amount of people that suffer from allergies, this company doesn't cater for you. The price of a large chai latte with non-dairy milk costs over $8, the next size down was $7+. I've had the same from Bunnings@ $4.20 & Coffee Project, Papamoa for $6+!Why do people like us get penalised to get a treat? Oatmilk at the supermarkets range from $3.50 - $6+, a litre.

Don't even want to give 1 star. Very unfriendly staff. Everything looked to be an effort. Went to get a table and 4 of the tables hadn't even been cleaned although all staff were standing around talking. Coffee took 25 minutes to come to us as they said they were servicing the machine. Over all very unhappy and will not go back
