We had been having issues with our car for a while now. Took it to different mechanics and they all say they don't know what the issue is (as well as charged us $3k for pretty much a full service, as they didn't fix the issue with our transmission). Took car to these guys and the boss picked up the issue with just me discribing the problem. Fixed our car and has been running smoothly. Very grateful for this team. The boss is so awesome to deal with. I went to pick up my car and he asked me what plans do we have for the weekend, told him a bit of my life and health issues and the challenges my family would be doing to raise money for cancer. He then turned to me and said if your car fails the warrant for anything

Got my porsche fixed here. Went in with water leak. Staff were extremely professional and freindly. Been through up n down to workshops to fix it but Railside service and experise were awesome. Got my car ready in a day. Thanks for great job guys. A++++

$49 GrabOne deal is a fraud. We called the garage to book a slot and asked about this deal. The guy on phone said they would charge $65 for our car without needing of the voucher, which is acceptable considering it’s a fairly old car. We found out on the day that it’s $65 surcharge on top of the $49 voucher making it a total of $114 with no clear reason. Luckily we didn’t buy the voucher beforehand. We decided to do the service with another garage.

These guys were amazing! Called in to book and they were able to see my car within the same day. Super friendly team. Much better than John Andrew Ford in Henderson (they ripped me off $1580 Don't go there) but Railside Auto was under $250 and had better service than the other big company. Highly recommend this company for car services. The Mechanics were very honest and fast at seeing what needed fixing. Best mechanic out West. Hands down

As a woman it can be hard finding mechanical services that you can trust. I really appreciated Nasir listening to my issues and giving me a fair quote without trying to upsell me on other services. The work was carried out well and promptly. I will definitely be going back to see them again in the future.

We bought the $49 coupon (for car service), and we were very happy with the service that our car received. Also appreciated the fact that they have a waiting room for customers. It clearly states what specific services they provide with the coupon, and it also clearly states that you may need to pay extra, depending on what your car needs to pass the service check. These guys were really lovely. Took my car in the guy explained why I had the issue really appreciated that heaps. And they fixed my wing mirror perfectly. Very reasonably priced too. Thankyou so much

my car got some chunk noise i wen to this workshop, they said the problem was bearings, but after bearing replaced and i paid $721, the noise still was there. actually the real reason is rear diff, nothing to do with the bearings, because i am not deaf I could hear the noise is not changed. in addition, they expressed to take any further action for my car. just wasted my money.

Best mechanic workshop in town. Absolute trustworthy people.Very reliable, wont do doggy stuff or charge you unnecessarily like other mechanic shops.I have tried consulting a lot of mechanics in the last 9 years but honestly these people have been the best. I would highly recommend them.

These amateurs nearly ruined my car. I spent over $500 for a WOF and Full Service. Shortly after that, my car stopped and had to be towed back. I asked my brother-in-law to look at it, and he brought his younger brother who is qualified mechanic. He took a look and said that these guys (Railside Auto Centre) didn't fill the break and transmission fluids!! Over $500 spent and these people ripped me off!! We're not rich, and all we ask for is to be given a good service for the money we worked hard to get, and use to pay you guys. I don't trust this business and I don't trust them as so called people. They don't even deserve the 1-star but the review won't post if I don't press a star. Very upset and angry!!
