Good stock variety. Good priceless. Garden centre too small for size of store. Usual problem of too few manned checkouts.

One of my favorite stores. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and super friendly staff.I wandered around for a while, just looking.It's a lovely, clean store.

Pauline is a superstar. She helped me beyond her responsibilities to make sure I safely buy and load the bulky freestanding cabinets in my car. Probably the best Bunnings employee I ever encountered while going in all Bunnings throughout NZ over the years.

Great place Timaru is lucky to have this shop, all those complaints about staff knowledge etc, give them a chance to learn, this is all new to most of them.

Awful shopping experience for a new multi-million dollar store. Wanted to make an order but wouldn't let me do a click and collect, so went to the counter to do a store transfer, after waiting about 30 minutes for the senior staff member to come (ignored the young girl calling her) she just told me to order it and pay delivery and they could not do a store transfer. Her name was Catlyn and she was incredibly rude and should not be working there given they had signs saying to respect them. Then another staff member couldn't tell us where an item was even tho I had it on my phone, she pointed us in the wrong direction, couldn't find it then left us to find it ourselves.

Big and full of everything you may or may not need .take a pack lunch first visit as its extensive and takes a while to get around

Not sure the drive through exit was well thought out. Not much room for Mr Contractor to get bigger vehicles with trailers out with a load of timber

Good & cheap coffee..especially if you take your own MEDIUM Cup..all of there plates etc are cardboard.Nice Friendly Staff
