BCD...professional but very personal service.

I was pretty unhappy with the service I received from this company. I spent what I thought was a lot of money and didn't really make much progress or get feasible options. I was trying to build a house on an admittedly difficult site but they just wanted me to do more and more engineering work which they admitted wouldn't change their recommendations! Once it became clear that I didn't want to keep paying money they really lost interest and did the bare minimum. At one point, after trying to get information and plans, they agreed to a meeting with the architect, the builder and me. They set the meeting time but they were late for their own meeting and didn't look at us the whole time - just couldn't be bothered! I would never use this firm ever again!
