As a contractor I would highly recommend Purple Properties for looking after your most valuable assets. I find them easy to deal with and nothing is a problem. Even though they are a new company, I have worked with Donna for a number of years in the real estate industry.

Communication is horrible. Can't recommend this company any longer. Purple - please get in touch asap we have been trying to contact you for almost a week with voicemails/calls/facebook with no avail. We settle in 3 days and need info urgently please can you get in touch with me.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Absolutely terrible Administration and Directorship. Emails and phone calls ignored, maintenance requests ignored. One inspection done in a 10 month period, rather than the every 12 weeks. No accountability or professionalism present. Would never recommend for any prospective tenants or landlords. Don't deserve the one star I have given, but there was no option for zero.

Property Owner's perspective:Friendly and knowledgeable staff but issues with communication, record keeping and follow-up of issues have let them down.Apparently new systems are in place so that these issues will be resolved in 2020.
