Excellent service! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The one hour eye exam was thorough and conducted in a very professional manner. I have visited a few optometrists over the last few years, I have to say Blur Eyecare provides the best service. A big thank you to my optometrist Hester, who did my eye exam and helped me find the suitable and comfortable contact lenses which I could wear without giving me any headaches. Hester is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and caring optometrists I have ever seen. Highly recommended to everyone!

Amazing team, friendly and very fast service. Very competitive pricing, new lenses arrived in less than 2 weeks, and fitted for free.After 5 years living with a cataract in one eye, and not being able to read a book, my old optometrist wasn't able to correct my vision, but these guys did, on my FIRST visit...ROCKSTARS!!!

I came into Blur quite frantically today after managing to loose the screw holding my frames together. The team was super friendly and the gentleman I talked to was very willing to help. Within two minutes I was out of the store, fixed glasses in hand. I will definitely be checking them out next time I need an eye exam.

Excellent service and treatment for an upgrade in my optical hardware. Recommend Blur to anybody who cares enough to want the best for enjoying the wonders of reading and seeing all things bright and beautiful. Very thorough exam. These guys are the best I've ever used and I'm 63 from Auckland living here now.

Have unfortunately had to give a mid range review, the sales assistant in Tauranga was completely dismissive of us and deserves zero stars. Persevered and went to the mount branch and the lovely Amber was fantastic and turned things around and deserves 5 stars

Absolutely outstanding service! So friendly, accommodating and professional. Their range is eclectic and unique. Communication excellent and the turn around time on my specs was a lot quicker than expected. They followed up to make sure everything was awesome and it certainly is. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Why settle for generic chain store style glasses when you can have something unique and interesting?
