Sephora @ Queen Street

Went in today to find a cool toned creme contour, was color matched by the artist Patty who had an extremely creative solution to my problem as most contours are far too warm for my skin tone, who knew fenty skin tint could be used this way! Not only did she have a keen eye to detail, was very accomidating of my skin tone, and is super creative with her problem solving, she was extremely fun to chat with! We talked about videogames and goth makeup, as a trans man I felt very respected by the staffevery single time I've come to this particular branch I've always had a pleasant experience. The artists there are extremely talented and know their stuff. 11/10 reccomend!

The person that served me knew exactly what I wanted and was very helpful great customer service however the person at the counter asked if I was a member when I replied no did not ask if I would like to join not great customer service therefore I give only 3 stars instead of 5

We visited Sephora on a very large sale event. The store was extra busy and unfortunately I looked for some help from a sales assistant but no one was available. I was able to find what I wanted eventually. A beautiful, bright, well laid out store. My daughter purchased a few lovely items and apart from a 10 minute wait in the cue, the sales people were lovely and she received some little treats (always a bonus) Would love to call in again when it is not quite as busy.

I phoned store to find out if they stock the product that I am after, the girl on the phone told me no straight away, so I asked if she could take a look on new market stock, I got no for answer. I can tell she didn’t bother to check the computer. So I rang new market store and been told they have 9 in stock. Absolutely no customer service at all. Such an easy job for her to get paid.

So many skincare and makeup brands to see at Sephora, heaps of choice for all budgets. Happy, friendly staff. Frustrating to see lots of products without price labels and would love to see more stock of The Ordinary and The Inkey List.

Very nice staff! I went to get a cream and they didnt have it. One of the staff offered me to a small sample of it until I get it a full size! I was surprised by this offer. I didnt expect! Thank you !

Health and beauty shop on queen street. Music is high in the shop lots of young girls shopping around. In terms of pricing it is not that affordable but beauty is priceless. I hope those products will do what they are supposed to do.

I have purchased a gift for my partner ,I and the staff we both agree they can get me full refund if change of mind, after 3 hours I went to this same store and they were asking me to come tomorrow as usually they don't refund dyson product and manager was on leave... I went next day they asked me manager is out for break and I said it's inconvenient for a customer to come again and again, ask your manager to come over and handle this.... the staff person mentioned to the manager that I was yelling and the manager was asking me straight that i dnt have right to yell which i did not even do otherwise the crowd wud have hear the noise. The manager name is Nikita C and I said to her to listen to the recording if u have any and then ask me .. such a rude staff and bad customer service.... Sephora if you want to save your brand reputation get rid of such manager at store who do not know how to do their job....finally with a bad look manager gave me refund but very rude and illiterate customer service at this branch....
