The croquembouche Bryan Bae made for my 21st was absolutely beautiful - and it tasted just as good as it looked! My friends and family thought it looked amazing and everyone went back for more. Bryan was easy to work with and happy to create the croquembouche from photos I had seen before.Thank you so much for all your hard work and such a beautiful croquembouche!

Beautiful and delicious pastries with the benefit of amazing customer service. I have bought pastries from here twice and both times I have been really impressed with the taste, aesthetic and interaction with the staff member (perhaps chef/owner?). I would highly recommend trying this place out and I am going to get an assortment of eclairs from here for my birthday instead of a cake! Love it.

Bryan really takes pride in his work. This shows is the attention to detail in the presentation of his work and the taste! This is my go to place for a sweet treat, or if I want to treat someone else. I highly recommend you take a trip to visit and taste. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing eclairs!! We had the matcha & red bean and hazelnut eclairs, as well as a kaya macaron, and they were all absolutely delicious. Definitely the best we have had in NZ, and comparable to the ones we had in Paris at 5-star-rated patisseries. Thanks Bryan for bringing such wonderful desserts to Takapuna!

Today we discovered CHOUX and WOW their eclairs are out of this world! We had a salted caramel and cookies and cream one. I have never tasted anything better and not as sweet as donuts. If you are looking for a yummy tasty treat give these guys a go, too good not to share.

Really admire the artistry of Bryan’s pastry creations, the presentation is amazing in addition to its wonderful taste. The Hazelnut is a must try! Will definitely come back to his place. Highly recommended.
