Purchase a floor lamp online for $179 but after waiting a week it had not been delivered. I called them and they explained to me that there was issues with the courier and will send it out ASAP which was fine but would have been nice to have this communicated to before I had to phone them to enquire.The lamp turned up and we were happy with the product. One week later I went online to leave a review when I noticed there was a sale and the same lamp had been reduced to $113.As I purchased the lamp so close to the reduction in price I reached out by email asking if it would it be possible to have the difference refunded. At first I got a reply back say yes that's fine but then nothing. I emailed again enquiring do they need any details for the refund but I had no response. I sent another email enquiring again and this time did get a response saying as the sale happened one week after I purchased the lamp the boss" said they are not required to refund the difference.I appreciate they are not required to but as the lamp was brought so close to the sale it would have been nice as a good will gesture. Terrible customer services and if I would have had this response in the 14 days of the return policy I would have returned the lamp out of principle.Multiple other complies like Briscoes
