The worst cut I've had in 40 years by a non communicative (read surly) hairdresser." was my original review for 1 star.However I went in later to seek a refund and the Manager was lovely. She was very apologetic and offered a refund and to start to repair the cut. She understood my hair type instantly. So I have amended the stars and am happy to go back."
