Great Supermarket in NelsonThis is a big supermarket, we love their Long business hour from 07:00 till 22:30Good products range, only that We do expect they should have more choices of local fishesThe Asian staff were so nice and friendly

Horrible service, you ask for cash out they don't do anything and your just expected be happy with it and the ATM is broken. Typical store run bye teenages and lazy management.If you can't be bothered providing an actual service lower your prices to reflect the horrible teenage labour you exploit

The best of Nelson's supermarkets and the nicest to visit. Pleasant staff and always plenty of checkout operators.

Do you need stuff?Well thay got stuff.And the staff are gems.Somthing about this place makes it a necessity. Probably the food. And its close approximation to my humble abode.Its near pizza, bakery and second hand shops so if you wana use there car park... Oh hell, also has an electric car charger place and you can camp overnight if you have a self contained camper.

This review is the direct result of my customer service experience with Catherine. Not fully sure if that's how she spells it but that's how my mum spells her name. Anyway, I called up 30mins before closing to check if there was chefade in stoke and Catherine answered. It must be my lucky night to have had such a fantastic employee answer my call because she personally went to check the availability, then memorised and recited the different versions of the product, their prices and which was the best value for money.Then, at the checkout, she remembered me and made me feel like such a valued customer. This employee is an asset to the store and the sole reason why I am changing to New World Nelson for my weekly shopping. She's always there and always brilliant.

Nicely laid out supermarket. Decent specials as per usual and all the options you'd expect from a decent-sized city's supermarket. Nothing extraordinary in any particular department. But all around clean, fresh and gets you what you need.Although, they did go above and beyond as far as their trolleys are concerned.Your toddler wants to be hooning along in a little enclosed car? Awesome, they've got several. Your young child wants to take the lead and drive ahead of you like a little speed racer? Sweet. She can do! Just look at her go.

New world Nelson has a wonderful range of products.My tummy really likes the frozen Isel with ice cream and biscuits one one side and yummy hot food and pre-mades meals on the other side.

Super Clean. Super Tidy. Well laid out. Bright. Fresh. Cheery. Lovely range of fresh produce, meat and dairy including some of the trickier items. Growing selection of Vegan / GF choices too. Neat to see so many youngsters getting starter jobs in the evening and weekend shifts. Recent new Owner Operator is a really nice chap!

Rip off prices and the fruit and veg not fresh and much more expensive than other non supermarket stores. Nice staff. No more supermarkets for me.
