Took 4 days AFTER sample was delivered for them to acknowledge it and more importantly record received temperature..on a temp sensitive product...was literally just sitting in there reception for 4 days... 15 phone calls in that 4 days went unanswered, no reply to calls and emails from their business development manager Lizzie Addis or south island manager, 3 weeks later still no contact from either of them. Cristene, our direct manager never replys to emails or calls, yet happy to send out daily emails about due dates of invoices... Constantly late on delivery sample results, no communication, no answers... There are better companies out there. Avoid these people.
