In this instance it is quite the contrary. After having my property listed with another agent for four months and having no real success. The decision was made to switch agent and sell with the most trusted name in town (Jeannie Boswell). Only regret not signing up with her in the first place. Having a acceptable offer presented within a couple weeks.Take it from me you don't want to muck around with months and months of open homes with an incompetent agent. List your property with Jeannie she knows how to negotiate a good deal no mucking around.
