Thank you for all your kindness and above and beyond customer service, my elderly Uncle had his car stolen outside my house on Xmas eve and he lost everything as he was planning to see family the next day and the car was packed ready to go. On a pension every penny counts. The stress and anxiety on a very elderly man was taken into consideration from Williams Salvage and though no one can make the damage go away for him, when he was finally able to get his car back the empathy and compassion shown by the owner brought me to tears, i have not seen such kindness in a long time , I am so grateful, thank you Corina and Uncle Tim

I was T-Boned by a driver who ran a red light, 70km my car was dusted!! Within 15mins of the call being made, they came, saw my car, got her onto the big truck and then just cause he's helpful, moved the other car off the rd too... top service, no issues, would recommend

Drunk driver hit me from behind. Called cops, they came, and called Williams Salvage. Tow truck came quickly and effectively. They were polite and kind. Obviously towed my car to their lot. Came by next week to pick up my personal stuff from the car as it is being written off. Even then, the entire staff were respectful, kind, etc etc. Everything you could ask for. Great people and service! Made me experience of getting my car wrecked and written off a little more pleasant.
