Super genuine, friendly and helpful staff, also the clothes are such great quality! I also love their sample sales, you get such great stuff for great prices. They’re also reasonably priced without a sale too.Service denim Ponsonby is the best shop in New Zealand.

Ordered online and had some issues with the courier not delivering. Not Service Denim's fault but nevertheless got a couple of new pairs straight out to me. Awesome service, honest communication, cannot fault them.

Super nice, genuinely friendly, helpful staff. Unlike many retail staff on P’Rd, who have their heads up their own jacksies. Would definitely make a special trip to shop here again. Fabulous range too.

Avoid buying online.Denim is lovely quality, but the communication around returning or exchanging online purchases is frustratingly slow.
