I don't know what it is exactly, but maybe its just a combination of your cosy shop, the most heart-warming coffee there ever was, and your amazing staff who seem to brew a little extra understanding when its needed most. Coffee is not a guilty pleasure at Switch, it is a generator of happiness, and that's worth anyone's while.Also I should say - for anyone who drinks almond milk and is frustrated by how many cafes make bitter or unsatisfactory almond milk coffees, Switch far and away makes the best.
