I have purchased a Honda fit recently. I search online for the best deal and I have try a few from different vendors to compare the price & conditions. Grande give me the best vehicle and price. I also trade-in my old car and price is very reasonable. The 2nd hand car market is very competitive and I think Grande is doing well in terms of the quality as well as the process. Happy with the purchase!

I have bought 2 cars of Grande Motors and I don’t regret it so far, because had no problems with cars whatsoever. Had one indicator light go but they have replaced it right away. Stuff were really helpful and easy to deal with when I was making a decision and buying. Both cars were in a very tidy condition and ready to rock and roll.Cars were also much cheaper than anywhere I could find in New Zealand for what they were.I would recommend this car yard to anyone that is looking for a reliable bargain and a friendly environment.

They're a big Japanese second hand vehicle importer. Stock and quality wise they have all kind of vehicles on different price levels to suit your needs and budget. They aren't pushy salesperson, they try to accommodate your budget and selection, always try to meet what you're looking for at your budget and levels. They would for those who need financing help, try to find a solution so you can make owning your dream vehicle can come true and be fully realized. They aren't after just a one sales but a long term business relationship so you can and would be always be their repeat customer and your preferred vehicles supplier in the future. Great place for your dream vehicle selections and are set according to what your self imposed budget can afford.

Love the car. Great service initially. But 6 months down the track. I guess I should have checked but received a $200 fine because the rego had expired. Never got a reminder in the post, the car was still registered under Grande Motors, they went the morning I went to pick it to register it. So if I had had an accident in it I wouldn’t have been able to claim. Really ticked off about this.

11 weeks ago I went to grande motor’s second site where the trade me ad said the car was. There was no staff there so I phoned the number from the ad and found the person I spoke to quite unhelpful and borderline rude.Then 5 weeks ago I went to their main site to look at a different car, without realising it was the same dealership.All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. A few weeks later I had them check out a few things with the car and they did this for me and were all pleasant and helpful.The car is running well and I’m happy with the purchase.Would give 5 stars only for that first interaction over the phone.

We had a great experience with these guys. All the communications were smooth, and it was very easy to find the vehicle we wanted. They offered us a few nice options to choose from. We had a test drive, though we came in 30 min before closing time. On the day when we came to pick the car up the vehicle was fully groomed. Also they gave us a great price on our trade-in. Their vehicles have a much nicer cosmetic condition compared to the other dealers not to mention that the mileage on many cars is quite low. Highly recommend them.

Good car selection but horrible service. Communication is horrible, two emails wanting an update on the car to them with no reply. Customer service is rude and will push the blame onto you when there was no information in the first place. Overall customer service went down hill as soon as the money had reached them, seems as if all they are concerned about it the money reaching them. All replies and communication had stopped after the money was transferred to them. Also, if the car only needs a wof and reg" this does not mean that the car is ready to go

Booked to test drive a car, car was not ready when we got there. The front bumper had been removed at some stage had not been reattached properly. The sensors had spray paint over them and the tire pressure light was on, either faulty or not enough pressure in the tires
