Wish I could give less than one star for this review. The city of Auckland recently experienced extenuating circumstances where it was shut down due to flooding which prevented travel both into Auckland and Waiheke Island. After years of planning/delaying our trip (due to Covid), the weather cancelled our flight preventing us from visiting Auckland altogether. Le Chalet was not flexible at all with this and refused to issue any kind of refund and have been the only company who refused to offer any kind of support. Learn from my mistake and choose to do your business with a company who prioritizes their customers - avoid Le Chalet at all costs.
