My landlord used their service and hasn't been happy. They are not communicative and engaging, cause damage to property, your belongings and won't take any responsibility. Won't recommend.

They cut a square hole in the side of our bath tub, one of their workers said they’ll come back and fix it, didn’t months later. Maybe inform your workers to not make promising remarks to the clients, and then put the blame on them.
