Miann is doing a great work as always, fabulous presentation and taste :) It is busy on Friday-Saturday nights so it is best to book a table.Although they do take away and there is a good selection of desserts in the cabinet.

Best Dessert place hands down. The presentation is impeccable, the flavours are beautifully paired with each other and you can watch them making your food as well.It's very understandable if you love taking photos and it impresses everyone I take there so it'd be perfect for a date.It's not a place you can set your laptop up and work and I've only seen kids there a few times. Every other time it's been a crowd from 17yrs old to late 60's that I've seen.It's very central to the rest of the CBD so it's a great meet up point too ❤

There is no other desert shop like this.Sweets are displayed like jewelries.I'm not a big fan of sweets but it is always a good idea to finish your evening with a nice desert.Oh, I have to mention one thing, the young waiter is super friendly and knows what hospitality is.He is definitely the highlight of the entire experience.

Staff was really nice and helpful. It was Friday night so the place was very busy. I’ve been going to Miann for many years and I was a little disappointed with the mango and caramel deserts. $12 each, nothing amazing just okay.

Nice place to stop by if you are wanting dessert. The biggest issue is the lack of seating as it is usually always full. Seating inside is fairly tight but it is quite nice, especially if you can spot the dessert counters.They have a variety of different cakes, pastries and ice cream on offer and they have very interesting flavours. Aside from the cabinet they also have a menu for the more a la carte desserts.I grabbed the coconut shells and the smoked hot chocolate. The coconut shell was interesting, with mango and pineapples. Nice flavour and it all went well together. The shell just melted as it reached room temperature, so if you didn't take a photo fast enough you would've missed the shell. The smoked hot chocolate was very interesting. smoke held in the cup by a chocolate dome and you melt through the dome with hot chocolate. Friends got ice cream sandwich and a chocolate milkshake and were happy with their choices.Always a nice choice if you were wanting something sweet to finish (or start) your night.Edit:The creme brulee was really tasty and smooth.

I have visited all of Miann's branches over the years and from my experience the quality has been fairly consistent. Sometimes I have found the flavours of the pastries a bit lackluster but other times I've really enjoyed them. The service has always been friendly and professional.I visited the Ponsonby branch yesterday and decided to try the tasting platter. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan. Although very pretty and aesthetically pleasing the pastries were lacking in flavour or then I just didn't like the taste. For $26 I was expecting more.I have to add that I do love miann's hot chocolates. I think I will stick to those in the future. I also really liked the extravagant desserts they did at their Fort Street branch. It's a shame they've closed that location.

Went for dessert prices are steep but the presentation was so good I had to give them a go, Mango cheese cake had no flavour other than cream, the Dutchess looked great but tasted like cream no real chocolate flavour, had one other dessert can't remember the name but it wasn't memorable anyway, tasted like cream. The coffee and hot chocolate was good, not excellent but won't be going again or recommending it.

Went to ,Miann in Ponsonby tonight. Parking was only $1.Great desserts. Iced mocha was terrible. It had small bits of very bitter coffee. No sugar at all. Could not drink it. Threw it away which is a pity as desserts are delicious. Old review -Menu looked good but they weren't doing menu due to it being a public holiday. Bit pricey but if you want desserts that are not the norm. Then this is the place to go.

I got the hour of my yoga class wrong, so I ended up here while killing time. Amazing desserts. They don't just look good, they also taste great. Around $14 (June 2023)
