We had Mike come out today, to identify a water leak, after a review and a discussion, Mike suggested a few options to try first and even helped with a couple, before he tried to locate leak. So we didn't spend any money unnecessarily (With him), I thought wow how amazing. Mike also made a few phone calls to some Plumber contacts, before leaving to help us out. Although I completed my own due diligence via a ‘before u dig’ inquiry, I was very thankful our project manager pool installer highly recommended the services of Ground Scan NZ who electronically identified the power and fibre cables crossing through my proposed pool dig out area. Ground Scan NZ’s effective service and outcome saved us tremendously from digging and damaging these cables resulting in a very expensive bill or worst case scenario; a life threatening situation of power verses human. Fantastic service! We called Mike on a Saturday regarding a suspected leak that the council had notified us of. He came out that day and helped identify where the leak was down our long driveway. The plumber came early the following week and indeed that was where the leak was. Really responsive and friendly. Great experience, thanks mike
