Great service, friendly staff thanks

This guys doesnt even deserve 1 star.I just experienced the worst customer service ever from this place. I purchased a vanity light from the very helpful and cherry Paul. Unfortunately when I got it home it wasn't suitable for the wiring we had in place. I took it back and kindly asked for a refund, from, as it turns out the owner. He was so rude to me from the out set, I was quite taken a back and lost for words with his demeanour and response to what I thought wasn't an unreasonable request.Straight away he got very angry with me for asking for a refund. He told me they had signs all around the shop saying they don't give refunds (if he was that adamant about it they should probably state that at time of purchase or put it on the receipt). He did offer a credit but I explained to him we had already purchased another light as they didn't have anything available that was suited to my our needs. This made him even more angry, to the point where I was physically shaking from the way he was talking to me. I was astounded that this guy was the owner of the business and this is how he talks to his customers, I was viability upset and he wouldn't calm down! I would have completely empathised with his no return policy had he delivered it in a much kinder way, and would have no problems returning to spend the credit at a later date. Now I don't even want to set foot in his store, although I do have a credit I will be sure to return we he isn't there. Absolutely quite unbelievable.

Great selection of lights

We took our halogen light bulb and asked the staff if we can get an alternative LED bulb. He (think it was the manager) gave us the bulb and said it will definitely work and suggested us to get all 10 bulbs which costed us $186. We trusted him, took it home and tried it out. It didn't work. We took it back the next day and they said they cannot give us a refund and told us it was our fault that we didn't know about our bulb properly. And this 'No Refund' policy was not even explained to us in person (which other stores usually mention before paying) it was only written down on a piece of paper on the counter which can easily be missed with other things going on on top of the counter. We could have just bought one bulb to try out first and buy the rest if we knew about this. There were no apologise what so ever by the manager and the male staff. We were lucky to get the right bulbs from another store with the staff that has more knowledge about what they are selling.
