Although he doesn't look too happy, being able to use the dog wash stations is perfect after days romping on the beach! Staff are all super friendly and helpful with all things pet available here too.

Lovely bright clean store in easy to find lcoation. Helpful staff. Wide range of products. No actual pets for sale apart from fish. Dog wash is convenient n well priced for value

Utterly unhelpful staff, after checking the shelves where the product should have been, I went to the msin counter and asked if a product was in stock the response was have you looked? Staff member then went to find another staff member who just said i think it's out of stock, didn't offer to look it up on the computer. Do not recommend this store at all.!!

I like this place cause it has everything you need might be a bit costly but sure is worth your money and last longer then cheaper products in other stores be cool if yah had zip in yah store I'd shop up large in this place for my fur babies but bit pricey so I just get what I need great people great place if you need something they have it or will tell you where you can find out purchase from

Some staff are negative and deliberately slack. One, Jordan, lied about having none of the product we needed. I asked if they had more and was told no. Came back later and there were multiple on the shelf that weren't there before. It was really obvious the guy was being rude for the sake of it.We have had negative attitude from this staff member before and from another.We used to enjoy shopping at Animates. Won't be going there again.
