We have had various sized storage units here for many years.Have always received fantastic and friendly service and the facility itself is always clean and dry with no hassles. If we need storage again in the future we will definitely use them again.

I would like to give more than 5 ⭐️ Takanini mini storage. Very clean place with all facilities. Easy access, Time reminding before closing. Friendly service with full of smile all the time. In future if I need definitely coming back and strongly recommend my friend and family

National Mini Storage in Albany is a clean well lit well ventilated facility that provides easy access to your property.Their opening hours are very convenient.If there are any changes to their normal service/hours their communications are clear, concise and always received in advance.It has been a great place to store our personal effects and I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to others.

Good security with shelter when unloading and loading so you don't get wet in bad weather. Nice big elevators and trolleys in good condition. Premises clean and friendly staff. Units tall enough to take tall shelves.

The facility has been great to use. Conveniently located, clean , dry and accessible. We first used them to store a house move temporarily. They lent us a trailer at no costs and then when we wanted to downsize the unit, after the move, they showed us availability and it was all agreed in minutes. There was no issue getting a refund for the downsize or when we finally closed the unit once our move was complete. Thanks for a great service guys! Would definitely recommend and use you again.
