Disappointed! First quoted wrong amount, so charged more than quoted. Booked equipment in a week in advance for 2 days. Asked if I could pick up the night before, told no as needed to check equipment over, yet no checks done when picked up. Then equipment wasnt there on the day I had booked, so came in later as told, still not there. Had organized tradesmen for these 2 days around the weather. On top of this battery flat so had to mess around jump starting each time. Hence never got job done, just cost me in time and money.

After having a really good and informative discussion with an older man when enquiring about hiring out some equipment- pity it was then followed by a rude and sarcastic worker behind the desk. Completely put me off, we will never be hiring equipment here and would encourage others to avoid it too. Absolutely poor service.
