We come here pretty regularly as kids love the smoothies but despite all the negative reviews, the wait time is still ridiculous Again, only one staff member on during Saturday lunch period. Think we will give up coming. You can get a fergburger quicker!

AVOID! They always are running out of core ingredients for the salads. Today, they let me order a salad, after waiting 10 minutes they then inform they can’t make a salad. Feel sorry for the team as it looks like it’s incompetent ownership.

The woman working Saturday 18th afternoon on her own is an absolute legend. Handled what seemed like 20 orders at once, she’s the smoothest multitasker ever and still had time to wish me a good afternoon. I’m disappointed to see all the negative reviews about the staff, it’s not staff’s fault they’re short staffed and under huge pressure, probably underpaid and overworked. The biggest shoutout to the tank staff, you guys are kickass!

Watery Smoothy with missing ingredients. I walked back to ask if he’d used salt in the ‘salted caramel’ Smoothy, and the indifference was incredible. “Oh you want salt?”Then he ground the salt on top and stirred it with a spoon.

Went there yesterday we been told they ran out of chicken. This morning we went there again got told ran out of spinach leaves. OMG what kind of business they run. It’s is a big business in the whole country but why ran out of things. They can get chicken and spinach from the countdown nxt to them. This is no good and not well organised.

Worst Tank in New Zealand winner 2019Have visited many Tank stores, this one’s the worst. Ordered 2 Power Plants with extra blueberries, they didn’t have any almond milk. Or soy milk. “That’s ok” I said “I’ll zip next door and buy some from Countdown” - so I did. Was charged usual price for Power Plants, and they were the most dilute EVER. Returned it and asked for more blueberries; I think she added two more blueberries because it was like drinking tap water. Tasteless.
