The crew at roof rack center were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even stayed late on a Friday to finish an install when a part was late to arrive. Would 100% give them future business.

I had to call to check if my roof racks had arrived after delays, I was dismissed over the phone and told the they would contact me when they arrived. I never received contact and had to call back a few weeks later to find out the roof racks were there waiting for me. Found staff to be a bit rude and I got charged for what was advertised as a free roof rack fitting. I wouldn't go back there.

Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We went in to look and ended up buying a Thule tow bar bike rack as we were able to see the product online and instore and the staff put it together for us on the spot.

Great service. I was insure if i had the right width roof racks and they happily changed to the wider version even though they had just finished installing the narrow version at no further charge. Patient and friendly service. Will be going back for the roof box for sure.
