A simple soil test for a garage cost double than the building consent. After 2 months of chasing the engineer, I got it done and receiver 3 blank pages as an invoice e with only the 13 hundred $ invoice and the bank account for deposit. No details, no explanation, nothing. Very poor service and way too expensive
