Chasing 4 lost parcels,they insist on using an obsolete PObox that's been obsolete for 2 years instead of just obeying the address on the parcel.Then saying the office is open to chase these things and arrive to a closed office.Never would recommend in a million years

A conveyor belt ride to and from the tower would be great fun and immersive for the tour ;) . Amazing operations centre.

There service is terrible I ordered something two weeks ago I still have not received my package how long does it take sort it out

Waiting 2weeks and counting for my overnight courier. First attempt, they didnt even knock just left a card in my letterbox (i had been home for 8 days waiting). Customer service is non existent, hung up on me multiple times. Continuously told i can't pick it up as it's at the depot and noone can go there. Never willingly using nz post again. Horrendous experience, not even deserving of 1 star

Lost my first two packages worth $300+ but didn't tell me until I called 2 weeks after the packages were sitting" at their depot. Then told the supplier that they did NOT lose the parcels so the supplier refused to send out replacements. The investigations officer dealing with this does not reply to my emails and the contact centre just repeats the same thing over and over. Now they have after over two weeks sent out replacements WHICH THEY NOW THINK THEY HAVE ALSO LOST.Extremely frustrating not only that they lost my packages twice

Most pathetic courier - does not deserve the NZ TITLE.Disgrace to NZ! So sick and tired of always paying extra for overnight and Saturday delivery and always getting parcels two days late. This is an ongoing issue that everyone is experiencing / if these clowns can’t handle overnight / Sat DONT SELL THE SERVICE! Even same island takes them longer than overnight. Awful communication, horrible management- NZ Post needs a network makeover - not spending money on web designers / rebranding BS.One parcel from Dunedin to Auckland took 32 days!!!! I would walk there faster.I seriously think we should all start a class action lawsuit to claim our money back, where we didn’t receive on time / overnight / Saturday delivery - as NO PARCEL THIS YEAR HAS BEEN ONTIME.Malicious thieves.

My pre order was meant to arrive on the 14th of Feb....It's been nearly 9 days and can't find any help. Every other NZ post depot have met the estimated delivery dates except this one.

Terrible customer service and continually blaming external factors for delivery delays. Can never get through to someone when you call them. Gone are the days of good service from this courier company.

Shocking. My package was not delivered, but the courier put into the system that it had been, even though it has been posted back to the sender. Now I cannot get a refund because the parcels status says ‘delivered’. I tried going online and following all avenues to get it delivered to a different address, but got a belligerent and belittling email from NZPOST staff for just trying to update the delivery address by filling out an online form. I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of goods over the last few years due to NZPOST and their utter incompetence.
