Discounts are really good on the shoes but not any of the other items

to small , to big or just plain ugly products for high Street prices. Don't bother .

Boxing day , i had to stand in long line of coustmers to get in adidas shop with my kid and wife but when we got to front they told us we can't take stroller with us in store , as baby was sleeping in stroller ,baby and wife stayed outside. I couldn't find much stuff for me so asked my wife to swap so she can shop .But they didn't let her in the shop and asked us to go back in line ..I find it really stupid and unreasonable to ask us to go back in line again . Very rude behavior of staff

Whatever I found and liked to buy it in Adidas App could NEVER be found in this outlet. I could not even find ANY size Small pants in this store on Saturday 16/07/2022 to make sure if I buy a pant online it will be the correct size, you believe it?! The staff will always recommend you to go to Rebel Sports on the opposite side of the road because they never have it in store! Highly disappointed and it has always been such a waste of time and money to drive and spend on fuel to buy from this shop. If you choose to buy online then you officially have to wait for 15 to 20 days for the items to arrive, if they send the right item you may become happy otherwise you have to call and ask for refund! Totally disappointed.

My favorite shop, regularly visit to hunt down a bargain.

Adidas do not do refunds on bras, even if they still have tags on and have only been tried on, so strange?!

i tried just one t-shirt didn’t like it wanted to hang on hanger a Very rude girl was there she pulled t-shirt so hard security tag hit me hand so hard ,no apology!? even after that she looks so angry i didn’t buy anything but left the store immediately. stay home if you don’t wanna work !

Had a very bad experience. Never expected this from a big brand like adidas.On every board in store showing 50% off for members but when go to counter they says you have to buy 3 items. No where it is written in store. Manager is making her own rules.
