Great team. Had to speak to receptionist today. Lovely and efficient. Sorted my problem quickly and doctor called me within an hour. This team amazing. Caring and kind reception on telephone and with everyone I spoke to. Well done. Even in these Covid stressful times you remain very professional.

The doctors and nurses at this practice are amazing. They are so friendly and always do their best to make you feel comfortable.

Called to get a COVID test at 1:30pm, was told I've left it a bit late as they do testing at 2pm. This isn't mentioned on healthpoint which they are responsible for updating. Was told a nurse would call. Never received a call back. Called hours later and it was claimed they tried to call me, which they didnt. Finally got a call at the end of the day to say no time today... Which is expected when it's the end of the day. Telling me about the lack of availability when I first called rather than 4:30pm would have allowed me to go elsewhere. Giving people trying to do the right thing the run around isn't satisfying.

Practically impossible to make an appointment. Receptionists pay little to no attention what you're saying on the phone - little to no empathy. Better off going to the Havelock North Practice, you get far better service and not ignored.

Profit before people. Awful experiences here over and over for entire family. Do not recommend.

The team does a great job in a very busy practice with attending to a diverse range of people's needs, providing many various services and attending to unexpected medical urgencies.

Doctors haven’t really listened, I don’t feel confident that any problems I have will be sorted , without a huge inconvenience,reception make everything as difficult as possible and seldom use common sense , took 4-5 phone calls and visits to actually get things moving along with a simple administration task , very expensive aswell ,

$15 to fax a script to the pharmacist is extortion. How can this possibly be justified against the actual cost of the service. Shows their priority is fees not outcome for patients

My Doctor is fabulous! - but my god the receptionists are just awful, I witnessed a patient on crutches struggling with her hand bag and the blonde older woman receptionist, nastily demanded that this poor lady in her senior years scan the QR code. I have been a patient there for many years and I can honestly say they only employ ghastly receptionists! so the one star is for the receptionists only not the Doctors or Nurses.
