Extremely rude clerk as everyone else has mentioned. Saw a gentleman being refused service because the clerk falsely said that the address has changed even though the gentleman said his address has not changed. This is probably a loophole the clerk uses to refuse service when he does not want to work, or when he feels anxious by the size of the queue. The gentleman asked for the clerk's name, but the clerk refused to give his name. No more WU for me.

Long line of customers, one worker and she takes about 10-15 per customer. They need more on staff it’s so bad. Surely we can open up another western union somewhere else.

I received the service I requested for. However, I left the place feeling anxious and miserable. The customer service representative guy at the desk seemed like he doesn't want to run the business. The guy at the desk, if you ever read this, please put a smile on your face and learn to treat people with kindness. You may have had a bad day, I sympathise with you. But it doesn't excuse rudeness. keep in mind that everyone is going through something. Let's not be the cause of someone's misery.

Really bad service. To receive money we need list of documents and they advertise something else. Banks will be way lot easier.

very bad customer service. The woman who attended me misinformed me, it seemed that she did not know how to do her job. and she behaved as if she did not want to attend. when I asked her to change my money she threw it at me in a bad way

If I could give no stars I would. Sign says be back in 15mins" waited over an hour for whoever it is that is supposed to be working. About 4 customers waiting and over an hour wait for what is supposed to be 15mins. Ridiculous."
