Matakawau Reserve
A large grassed reserve with scattered trees for shade. There is a picnic table, public toilet and outside taps fed with tank water. Nice sea views and steps will take you from the plateau to a wooden jetty and sealed boat ramp.

Matakawau Reserve
Noce little reserve with a boat ramp. I have attached some videos with me doing a solo lainch and retrieve of my 5 meter boat. Nice place to throw out a surf caster with the wharf. It has some grounds for a picnic with some public toilets available. Good place for a family day out.

Matakawau Reserve
Matakawau Reserve is a lovely place to visit with family and friends or just some alone time very peaceful and relaxing on a nice summer day plenty of parking and picnic area with BBQ tables and a toilet block available with fresh water from the outside taps nice walk to the jetty where you can fish of the warf or carry on around to the boat ramp rubbish bins available highly recommend to all for a adventure
