There's a video online from the 4th of May of a man coming into the building exercising his rights and he was physically accosted and treated aggressively by a member of your staff. Awful behaviour and doesn't reflect well on you guys as an organisation.

This is about the process not the staff, but for the first guySo, my father died on 4/7/22.I looked after him for 8 months (I moved back from Aussie to look after him)Now I get a letter saying that my father overpaid (Healthier Homes Canterbury)I stupidly responded to this email.they asked for5. Provide either a letter from a lawyer, letter of administration, copy of the will, or copy of probate. (steps 1-4 I met) copied from the emailI supplied a copy of the willBut nope they won't accept that nowAll they want me to do is pay $300 to get a letter from my lawyer, so I can get a $150 Credit (I can provide emails of this)But good news they have offered to contact my lawyer on my behalf, but I still have to payI provided all your “legal team” that they wanted on day one, but suddenly they wanted more (are you just wanting to keep the money) because they could have said this on day one????The people I have spoken to have been great (but for the first guy that insulted my profession)As I asked “It really is a shame that you make it so hard to get a refund after a family member has died, but I’m not surprised to be honest. “Why don’t they just say, “we want to keep the money, or we are going to make it so expensive to get it back”?It would be so much easier.Well I'm going to send this to Fair Go"See what happens"
