After my old Vibiemme approached the end of its life, I have purchased a new Vibiemme Domobar Super from the cool kids at Espresso Engineers. Awesome service. Friendly and nothings too much trouble. One of the two Mels was generous with her time and gave me a good training session so I could get up and running on my machine pronto. Best coffee i've ever made at home. Happiness abounds. Espresso Engineers is tops

Espresso Engineers provide excellent service - absolutely don't hesitate to use them.They're super accommodating around getting your machine fixed quickly (I think they understand the impact of caffeine withdrawals!) and they picked up and dropped off my Rocket machine - fully serviced and cleaned - within a couple of hours.The machine feels and looks incredible and I'm absolutely thrilled about the newfound quality of coffee that I'm making.Thank you!

The service I have received from these people has been crap. You book the machine in for a service weeks in advance and you will have to call them after a week to see what happened! I gave up leaving messages to call me back, this happen on a few occasions. I gave them my machine after it broke down and after 2 weeks no phone call, no return phone call. When a called in they said it should have been repaired. I asked for the machine back and they said they might be able to fix it over the next few days, I walked out with the machine and they didn't seem bothered or offer an apology. I took it to another engineer and they fixed it in 24 hours. They also told me it was full of cheap replacement parts and not originals that I thought I was paying for. I would recommend never to take anything to Espresso Engineers.

It was great having Sam come to my home and teach me about my machine and how to make great coffee.I would give the training, content, knowledge and professionalism a 10/10.Sam is a genuine nice guy who loves coffee and this shines through with his depth of knowledge and know how.I feel so much more confident in cleaning and using my machine. The coffee I’m now making is excellent as I’m taking way more care in the preparation.I would totally recommend anyone who has a machine at home to book Sam in to get the most out of their machine and coffee.

Espresso Engineers do an annual service of our office's espresso machine and will also perform any repairs. We've always had friendly service and prompt attention to repairs - it's extremely helpful that they can come onsite to do it during our busy days.Very happy with the great service we receive.

Our coffee machine brand is slightly tricky to book a service for, but the team at Espresso Engineers were easy to contact to check if they supported it & organise service and repairs with.We booked online so they have the details filled, when we pick up the machine they document clearly what issues were found and what needed to be fixed.Really appreciate the reasonable prices for such quality service (especially Dave - assuming I got his name right). They give generous time estimates early on, so we knew how long we'd roughly have to wait, and I got a text once it was ready and invoiced.We didn't service our machine for a wee while (classic mistake) and when the machine came back, it was like a new machine, sparkling clean ✨Our new go-to for coffee machine servicing & repairs, thanks team!

I have had the same experience with exceptionally poor service. They gave me an estimate time of two weeks - after that went by (with many ignored messages, emails and texts) I finally managed to get hold of someone who said the machine would be ready by the end of the day. Ha. Three weeks go past when I have to constantly call (no messages answered) to be told the machine is ready and yes I can pay online (nice) and please send proof, via email, of payment. Awesome idea if their emails didn't bounce back. So it will likely be almost 4 weeks before I have a machine back. I guess they have a monopoly and it seems they thoroughly exploit it.
