I’ve been through quite a few motorhome companies in the past, and McRent is absolutely the best, would give them 10 stars if I could! Very helpful and friendly team, simple process, hassle free pickup and dropoff, not to mention that their campervans are all in mint condition, I was lucky enough to have a brand new one! Thanks heaps team! My family had a great time, and we will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing experience with McRent Auckland! The motorhome provided to us was in excellent condition, with a comfortable interior and a smooth driving experience. The staff were all very friendly and ensured that the entire process was seamless and hassle-free.

The folks at McRent are absolutely wonderful, they are so knowledgeable and friendly, they made our trip the best it could be. They are efficient and our RV was waiting for us ready to go, we rented the 6-sleeper. It was perfect for 5 people (we had 3 adults and 2 kids). The RV was very clean and dependable. Returning the RV was an equally smooth experience. Also, we accidentally left a swimsuit on the RV and one of the staff members personally came and dropped it off for us at our airport hotel before we flew out the next day, which was so nice and thoughtful! 10/10, would absolutely choose McRent next time!

We rented a motorhome for a week touring the East coast of the North Island, and had a wonderful time. The van was as new, everything in spotless condition, well appointed and easy to drive. The hiring process was great - super friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Communication by email, phone and in person was easy and efficient. The after hours phone number we needed to use was answered straight away and by a real person! She was really friendly and helpful - everything sorted quickly. The pick-up and drop-off process was a breeze.The friendliness and passion of the staff willing to go that extra mile makes all the difference. We will definitely be coming back to rent again.

We are RV rookies and took advice from a mate to give McRent a go. From the 1st e-mail message with Claudia to the super helpful support from Kelvin, we were well taken cared off. The motor home exceeded my expectations. The bed was super comfy, internal fit out well appointed and easy to drive. I certainly recommend McRent to all my friends looking to find the premium experience in a RV.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!The McRent staff were so friendly, helpful and informative from start to finish. The pickup/drop off operation is smooth and easy & no question is unanswered - they even have an 'out of hours' help number for whilst you are on your travels meaning you can fully relax. The camper van was brand new and had everything (plus more) we could've needed. The kids had a blast and we managed to see a bit of our own backyard at the same time!We will be regular customers from now on for sure!

My family and I had a great experience with McRent. Really helpful and friendly staff, great communication and contact through the whole process. The CamperVan was new and very clean, everything worked well, there were no complaints from any of us, ease of use was fantastic. Very much recommend McRent if you're looking for a really smooth experience with great service.

My Wife and I hired a Campervan for 2 weeks from McRent Auckland. We did have a minor issue with picking up the Campervan but to McRents credit (and mainly their representative Shacky) they went above and beyond in rectifying the issue. The whole process was seamless and the Campervan was excellent and ticked every box for our requirements. From the time we picked up the Campervan to drop off McRent (Shacky) was a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in Recommending McRent to anybody visiting New Zealand requiring a Campervan.

Very happy with the service offered by Claudia and the team at McRent in Auckland. The vehicle, a high quality German built motorhome on a a Fiat Ducato chassis (the best and most popular motorhome base vehicle in the world), was near-new and better equipped than expected. Travelling in mid-winter and around 5000 km around the North Island, the motor home was warm and comfortable regardless of the weather outside thanks to the central heating and good insulation. The backup, including transfers to and from Auckland Airport worked smoothly and efficiently.
