EDIT: Tony happily remedied the situation and was exceptionally professional, helpful and understanding. Thank youNot the greatest customer service. I had an issue with my polisher which is severely overheating after 30 seconds of use and the backing plate has melted. I don't have a receipt from two years ago and unfortunately the repco cards don't hold purchase info like the super cheap trade cards. I assumed under the consumer act that it could be seen as a major fault and at least have the machine looked at but doesn't seem to be an option.

Canceled my Trades Card months ago without informing me, automatically put me on vip card, pretty much only good for general public specials. Now only trading with Supercheap auto, 100% better communication and service.

Checked online for a product that they listed as in stock drove in to pick up and yes they didnt have any left .Has happened a few times now.Very disappointed with this and the price of fuel

What a fantastic team. We were stranded late Friday (27/01) in need of a replacement wheel bearing for our caravan and the team waited after 5 until we got there so we could purchase a replacement. Absolutely top service. Thank you!!!
