Our transfer to Wireless Nation has been has been 100% pain free. The kit arrived ahead of schedule and the install process worked exactly as described.After a month of their internet service I can report exactly zero downtime (unlike what we had been experiencing), speed that meets our needs, and excellent customer service from their help desk through both their phone and online ticket" system. Interestingly the wait time (when phoning) is the best I have experienced from any organisation in the last 12 months

I went to pick up a modem because the one I brought from overseas didn't work. They were really helpful by phone and especially in person. The service seems good too, Speed test tested 50Mbps in Auckland for their Lifestyle plan. Recommended.

We could not get an internet connection while on the road in our caravan , a quick phone call to Wireless Nation and our problems were solved. By quick I mean no hour long call times , real people , real time. We needed a new Sim card which was in our mail box when we arrived home. The same day our techie phoned us to activate our system. Easy peasy. Our original set up went just as smoothly.:)

We have easily installed the new WN wifi in both our motorhome and house.As we were previously on spark copper I did a speed check and found this wifi was way faster.It works well and any questions are answered promptly by WN support staff without waiting for hours for a person to answer the phone.Keep up the great work.

We are traveling the south island and are finding Wireless Nation awesome. We have the modem connected to 12v as we drive, so we can use the most up to date google maps. It is fast and reliable and have not had 1 drop out.

Wireless Nation provided a new SIM card for the wireless modem/router from a previous customer when we bought our caravan. The SIM card was received promptly and worked with no fuss when installed. So far it is working great and I look forward to using it in other locations around New Zealand.

I can recommend Wireless Nation. The 4G wireless option is great. As we travel alot, being able to take the 4G wireless unit with us works so well. There is also a small data option for home security, when you are away. Great service and support too.
