Really happy with the service provided for our double glazing retrofit. The leadlight windows were preserved perfectly and the difference in warmth and, especially, quietness is really impressive. The team communicated well from start to finish and were professional when on site. We'll keep them in mind for future work.

Not only did they have the exact same glass in stock, but it had also been upgraded to meet modern safety standards by being toughened. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. WGAM were efficient and pleasant to deal with. They kept us posted about when they would arrive to start the work. Tradesmen were very competent, pleasant and clean workers. We are very well satisfied with their work replacing 3 large double glazed windows on a second floor of a residence requiring a mobile scaffold.

We got retrofit double glazing and we love it! The team were quick to respond with enquiries and quotes and were true to their word on start dates and time frames. A very professional & friendly team with excellent communication with their customers. When a small issue needed extra work, they came quickly and rectified it. We used Wellington Glass & Mirror to double glaze our 1920s cottage including sash windows and 3 french doors. Chris was a great project manager who ensured the quality was delivered and was responsive to feedback, and Lei was really friendly and good at coaching his team. Overall really happy, it looks perfectly keeping in character, and they came back to ensure the final work was up to standard.

Chris came to site in May and did a thorough inspection before providing a detailed quote in June.Due to bad weather the work finally started in August and was completed in October after multiple site visits to remove Leadlight Windows and then periodically return to install the Leadlight Windows and remove and replace the standard windows.Our house is a 1940's Bungalow which has been added onto and have various shaped and styled windows. So it was not an easy job and involved replacing / making some new window sashes as well as revamping the existing sashes. But Chris and his team worked with us and delivered a quality solution which we are very happy with. I would definitely recommend them as a company to use to retro fit double glazed windows into your existing sashes and frames.
