Efficient Moving And Storage

I used this mover more than 10 times already, prices gone up I must say they are quite expensive, but they are worth the $ as they have never lost or damage anything! there's only once they moved a huge coffee table for me and they accidently dropped the drawer on the driveway made little damage. I then emailed efficient, they said no one is owing up but they are happy to give me a compensation in $. Its not a lot of $ but it show their professional customer service, I'm very pleased with how they dealt with this problem its I would recommend moving with this company if you are moving an valuable item.

Mistakes, ignorant not efficient.There job was to deliver a bed as 3rd party service for beds r us. We allowed a delivery window of 3 days, ordered 3 weeks ahead. They had our 2 mobile numbers but what a pain that was. I had to call Beds r us over 10 times over a course of 5 days get an idea of the delivery date and time. Managers got involved, lots of apologies from lots of people after the excuses stopped. The Manager from Efficient Moving didn't sound sincerely and rather grinning... One of the excuses was that they picked up the wrong bed, we finally got our bed to sleep on after a week.Here you have another 1 star rating for less than efficient handling inclusive the rubbish customer service part.Bed was damaged on the underside and 3 screws are missing for the head thingy.

I received excellent customer service from the Auckland Efficient Moving branch. They were able to track down a missing delivery and stayed in constant contact with me while doing so. Thank you!

Wow, Auckland branch must have too much business.I suggest you get Patrick replaced as his manner on the phone at best is rude. We used these guys 7 years ago to move as from HB to Akl they were great.Now we want to come back to the Bay and apparently now we are too far out for them to even consider us, didn't even say there might be an extra charge for the distance, just got a no thank you we are not interested.Customer service levels on this moving company have really dropped over the last 7 years.

Don’t use for Auckland. The men were rude on arrival and complained they had to ring the doorbell and refused to remove their shoes to walk on the carpet. One bashed the wall with furniture which left a dent.My cabinet was water damaged on both sides obviously left in the rain and my shelve was covered in thick black dust so not stored correctly. The men had an attitude and we’re not polite. Very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend pay more and go somewhere else.

Asked (Napier) for a quote to move (3 bed house) this is the slogan: Efficient Moving & Storage, our name says it all.With more than 60 years experience, this family business moves furniture and household contents locally, nationally and internationally.Not even 2 min after asking for a quote, I received : We are unable to assist." Not a reason as why? (maybe they do not have space on that day?)... I just needed a quote.Guess we will be using another mover then"

Had a bed frame moved from Palmerston North to Auckland that was not protected properly, resulting in the bed frame being broken in many parts. I sent an email to the company regarding this and they never responded.

From day one the communication was excellent with a quote provided very promptly to move a house lot from North of Auckland to Napier. Truck showed up on time with multiple phone calls from Efficient prior to confirm everything. Truck packed very carefully and delivered on time and unloaded without any issues. All people that we dealt with were polite, professional, and very helpful.

Site delivery team was professional competent and friendly. Same can't be said for the Auckland dispatcher.
